If the order is urgent, extra efforts will be made to
deliver on the same day at no extra charge. Whether we
are able to inevitably depends on the location and the
season.
Sunday and Public Holidays
For delivery on Sunday and Public Holidays, orders
must be placed one business day in advance. Same day deliveries
on these days are not possible.
Peak Season (Valentine's Day, Malaysian Holidays, Special
Occasions, etc)
During peak season, our computer system's handling
capacity is very large, but we suggest that you order
at least one business day in advance to ensure prompt
delivery of your chosen gift.
Money Back Guarantee
If under certain unfortunate and unforeseeable circumstances
whereby your credit card transaction has been approved
and we are unable to deliver the order, then we would
either reverse the credit card transaction, or attempt
to fulfill the order again, subject to your preference.
We hope such things would never happen.
Our Office is closed on Sundays and on Public Holidays.
However, you may fax orders or place online orders any
time!
Kindly note that we will ensure, where possible that your
order is delivered on the day requested, but cannot guarantee
a particular time. Flowers, Fruits, Gifts, and containers
may vary due to stock availability and substitutions may
be necessary. We reserve the right to substitute your
order with another item of a similar or higher value.
